Mission The Junior League of Cincinnati is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. Membership / Organization Founded in 1920, the Junior League of Cincinnati is part of a network of more than 294 Junior League Organizations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Great Britain. The Association of Junior League International, founded in 1901, has more than 170,000 members. Training A critical part of the JLC experience is to provide training opportunities for members.
